Following the failure of the Muscat meeting between the Yemeni government and the Houthis to achieve a breakthrough, the Houthis are considering various scenarios to retaliateto the Central Bank of Yemen's escalation. Their primary focus is to secure a victory in the economic sector as a countermeasure to the government's actions against banks and financial institutions cooperating with them.

Sheba Intelligence has obtained information indicating that the Houthi group plans to launch another attack on Marib to seize the oil and gas fields in Safer. Local sources revealed that the Houthis have intensified their military activities in the Al-Jawf province, adjacent to Marib.

These sources reported that the Houthis have deployed military equipment in the Rayyan and Al-Alam fronts. They have also constructed an earth barrier and a trench extending from near Al-Khanjar in the north, moving south towards Al-Shahla, then Dahiḍa, Al-Alam, and Hushayyan. The trench measures five meters wide and four meters deep, with ongoing explosions to complete the excavation in the surrounding mountains.

Furthermore, rocket launch systems have been heavily deployed in the border provinces of Al-Jawf and Sadah, which both border Saudi Arabia.
